ACE Powerhouse is named Årets Miljöbyggnad

We're proud that ACE Powerhouse has been awarded Environmental Building of the Year 2025 at the Sweden Green Building Awards on 27 November 2025, one of Sweden's top recognitions in sustainable construction.

The building stands out for its focus on circularity, reuse, and early integration of sustainability. Century-old materials are combined with bold new construction methods, showing how innovation and collaboration can drive the shift.

The jury highlighted the project's open cooperation across organisations and described ACE Powerhouse as a living laboratory for future construction. The building’s recent NollCO2 certification marks another milestone in our journey toward sustainable and climate-neutral operations.
