Reedeam is a collaboration between Luleå University of Technology, Mälardalen University, and Örebro University, together with leading industry partners. The project offers short, flexible, free, and digital courses (developed in close dialogue with industry) to meet the real needs of today's transformation.
This autumn, a wide range of new courses is available, covering areas such as circular business models, electrification, digital transformation, and battery production. Each course is designed to be combined with work, making it easier for professionals to build new skills while contributing to the shift.
Anna-Lena Arvidsson, Education and Skills Lead at ACE, also heads the Reedeam project. This unique position allows her to connect ACE's mission with the hands-on training needed in industry today:
– By supporting initiatives like Reedeam, we help ensure that people and companies across the value chain have the right competence to power the future, says Anna-Lena.
