ACE Impact Leader Program
The program focuses on the capability needed in this next phase of electrification.
It combines system understanding with leadership in complex environments – where execution, coordination, and real-world constraints shape the outcome.
Two complementary dimensions
The program is built around two core dimensions that together reflect what is needed to lead in the shift:
Power and systems
Understanding how energy systems function in practice – across infrastructure, technology, policy, and markets. This includes recognizing interdependencies and how decisions in one part of the system affect others.
Impactful leadership
Leading in environments shaped by change and acceleration – creating direction, enabling collaboration, and supporting teams and organisations in delivering under real-world conditions.
Together, these dimensions support the capability needed to contribute meaningfully to the energy transition.
Built on real-world conditions
The program is grounded in reality rather than simulation. It's based on:
- Current challenges from across the energy transition
- Perspectives from multiple sectors and disciplines
- Engagement with people actively working within the system today
The aim is to work with real complexity, not simplified scenarios.
Who it's for
This program is designed for professionals already engaged in the energy transition.
It's for those who have experience in the field and are now looking to deepen their understanding, broaden their perspective, and take a more active role in shaping what comes next.
Coming soon
